Email us at info@smartsetupuae.ae with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address or phone number used on our website or client portal so we can locate your records.
We will delete or anonymise your account profile, consultation leads, contact form details and non-required uploaded information from our active systems.
Requests are normally processed within 7 business days. Some records may be retained where required by law, payment dispute rules, accounting obligations or UAE regulatory requirements.
